Orders can be made via the MASKA webshop, by phone and by email. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or +46 (0)313 13 32 39 to make email or phone orders.
Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Swedish residents may also pay by invoice – the currency must be set to SEK for this option. The invoice will be sent separately by e-mail and the payment term is 14 days. Please note that an administration fee of SEK 30 will be applied to all invoice orders.
MASKA offers free delivery to the EU and Norway for orders over SEK 1500 / €170. For orders under €170, delivery is SEK 60 within Sweden and €10 to the EU and Norway. All orders are shipped within 48 hours. Delivery cost is €15 to the rest of the world. We normally ship within 24 hours. Typical delivery time is 1-2 days within Sweden, 2–3 days to Europe and 4–7 days to the rest of the world.
MASKA ships by UPS to all locations except Sweden where the Swedish postal service or Schenker is used. For accessories, however, standard mail services are used for all locations.
UPS delivers between 8 am and 5 pm, so if you are not at home during these hours please consider using your work address as your delivery address.
Please note that all return shipping costs are paid by the customer. If the product is faulty, MASKA will refund all shipping costs. In the case of an exchange, the shipping cost of the new item is free.

Returns must be sent with a tracking number.
If you live in Gothenburg or close by you can bring your return item and filled out return form to our head office at Tredje Långgatan 13 D.
All prices include 25% VAT. For deliveries outside the EU, the total price will be 20% lower. Goods delivered outside the EU may be subject to customs fees which are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs department for further information regarding import taxes.
Import taxes and fees will most likely be lower than the VAT deducted, so the total cost should not be higher than the price including VAT listed on the MASKA website.

All transactions on the MASKA site are processed using a third party secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. Customer information is kept confidential and will not be shared with anyone outside of MASKA.
