Payment, shipping & returns

Exchanges of gifts can be made until the 10th of January 2015. Last order date for deliveries before christmas is the 16th of December for Europe and the rest of the world. For Sweden latest order late is the 19th of December 06.00. It is possible that order until the 21st of december also will arrive in time to Sweden but unfortunately we cannot guarantee it.

Orders

Orders can be made via the MASKA webshop, by phone and by email. Please contact us at info@maska.se or +46 (0)313 13 32 39 to make email or phone orders.

Payment

Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Swedish residents may also pay by invoice – the currency must be set to SEK for this option. The invoice will be sent separately by mail and the payment term is 14 days. Please note that an administration fee of SEK 30 / €3.50 will be applied to all invoice orders.

Shipping

MASKA offers free delivery to the EU and Norway for orders over SEK 800 / €100. For orders under €100, delivery is SEK 50 within Sweden and €10 to the EU and Norway. All orders are shipped within 72-hours. Delivery is €15 to the rest of the world. We ship the same day for orders before 9 am or next day. Typical delivery time is 1-2 days within Sweden, 3–5 days to Europe and 4–7 days to the rest of the world.

MASKA ships with FedEx to all locations except Sweden where the Swedish postal service is used. For accessories, however, standard mail services are used for all locations.

FedEx delivers between 8 am and 5 pm, so if you are not at home during these hours please consider using your work address as your delivery address.

Exchanges & returns

It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. Exchanges and returns can be made within 14 days from the date when you receive your order. All returned items must be in new, unused condition. Please contact us at info@maska.se to arrange exchanges and returns.

Please note that all return shipping costs are paid by the customer. If the product is faulty, MASKA will refund all shipping costs. In the case of an exchange, the shipping cost of the new item is free.

Prices

All prices include 25% VAT. For deliveries outside the EU, the total price will be 20% lower. Goods delivered outside the EU may be subject to customs fees which are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs department for further information regarding import taxes.

Import taxes and fees will most likely be lower than the VAT deducted, so the total cost should not be higher than the price including VAT listed on the MASKA website.

Please take import taxes into consideration if you plan to send a gift or if you list an alternate delivery address.

Security & privacy

All transactions on the MASKA site are processed using a third party secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. Customer information is kept confidential and will not be shared with anyone outside of MASKA.
